What is retained support?

Retained support is on-going HR support you receive in exchange for a fixed, monthly fee.

How much does a retained service cost?

Our retainer packages are priced according to your headcount, as the more people you employ, the more support you are likely to need.

Will I receive a set number of hours per month if I sign up for a retainer package?

No - our retainer package includes unlimited support Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am until 5pm.
